Board Members
As an independently incorporated Public Benevolent Institution, Resthaven is governed by its own Board and reports annually to the Uniting Church, Presbytery of South Australia.
Membership of Resthaven’s Board is voluntary and by invitation. The Board is the legal authority for the organisation and is committed to high standards of corporate governance, ethical behaviour and accountability. Board members are trustees representing the interests of stakeholders, both constitutional and moral, entrusted to ensure sound management for the benefit of all. Members are bound to ethical conduct in all areas of Board responsibility and authority. Board governance focuses on wider organisational purpose, strategic direction and governance policies.
