Your Feedback
We encourage our staff, volunteers, residents and clients and their families to offer us feedback, which may be a compliment for good work, a suggestion for improvement or a concern or complaint.
It is important to seek and receive feedback without any suggestion of retribution or indifference. This is very important for improving services for people who are dependent on us and who therefore may feel somewhat anxious about offering any form of criticism.
Issues and concerns should initially be raised by discussion with staff or the program manager. You can let us know how we can improve our service by completing a 'We'd like to hear from you' brochure. These are available from all programs or you can download a brochure by clicking on the links below.
