    Lifestyle Choices Plus services include the full range of Resthaven’s fully accredited, high-quality community aged care services, including domestic assistance, personal care, respite, home nursing, transport and help with shopping or appointments.

    So whether you live at home, in retirement living, or residential care, you may take up these services in the long term, short term or for “one-off” needs.

    Resthaven provides Lifestyle Choices Plus services in metropolitan Adelaide, the Adelaide HillsRiverland, Murraylands, Limestone Coast and the Fleurieu Peninsula.

     

    How much does it cost?

    There is a one-off establishment fee for people new to Resthaven. This fee covers an initial Coordinator meeting, a home safety assessment, the provision of relevant information, and the development of an individualised support plan tailored to your needs.

    We work with you to negotiate support according to your individual circumstances. Support may include, but is not limited to:

    • household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and gardening
    • home maintenance
    • shopping
    • transport
    • support with medication
    • attending medical appointments
    • assistance with personal care such as showering and dressing
    • pet/garden care
    • professional nursing and allied health services
    • support to keep in touch with family, friends and the community
    • emotional support
    • help with documentation
    • other assistance as negotiated according to need
