medalsVeterans' Community Nursing
Veterans' Community Nursing is a Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) program designed to provide clinical nursing and/or personal care services to eligible veterans and war widows or widowers in their own home. Veterans' Community Nursing aims to restore or maintain the maximum level of health and independence and helps to avoid premature or inappropriate admittance to hospital or residential care.
