To celebrate Carer’s Week 2019, Resthaven Community Respite Services presents the following lineup of FREE workshops for carers of older people, facilitated by experts in their respective fields.

Come along and be part of a group who will take you through some light and fun (very low impact) movement to music, caring for your own physical, social, mental and spiritual (whatever that means to you) wellbeing.
