Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Announced

On 15 December, residents enjoying Christmas Dinner at Resthaven Malvern were Rev Elwyn Penna chats with Minister Butler and Santasurprised when they were visited by two special guests; the man in the red suit, and the Federal Minister for Mental Health and Ageing, Mark Butler.

The Hon Mark Butler MP, announced that Peter Jenkin is Resthaven’s successful Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner candidate under the Federal Government National Nurse Practitioner – Aged Care Models of Practice Program.Peter Jenkins, Minister Butler and Richard Hearn discuss the Aged Care Models of Practice Program Peter is delighted to have received the opportunity to build on his extensive experience working in palliative care and working with older people.

Tragic Facility Fire
