    ‘Whispering Wall’, Maggie Beer’s Farm Shop, and Mengler’s Hill – these are the destinations that Resthaven Marion Community Services clients enjoyed on their recent bus trip to the beautiful Barossa Valley.

    ‘Clients set out on the Resthaven bus from our site at 43 Finniss Street, Marion, for a day of adventure,’ says Manager, Deb McDonald.

     Mengler's Hill‘The famous “Whispering Wall” was our first destination, and was a great hit.’

    ‘Several clients took a walk across it, and enjoyed talking to their friends on the opposite side.’

    ‘After the Whispering Wall, we took off for Maggie Beer’s Farm Shop for a spot of shopping and a bite to eat.’

    ‘Participants enjoyed browsing the amazing jams, jellies, sauces and glazes, not to mention the non-alcoholic wine.’

    ‘The group loved taking photos of the view out on the deck—and having some fun with their Snap Chat filters!’

    ‘On the way back, the group stopped at Mengler’s Hill to enjoy the beautiful views across the vineyards.’
