Respite Locations

Do you care for an older person and would benefit from some support?

Resthaven offers access to respite services for the person in your care, which can give you some respite from your caring role - helping you stay well and healthy.

The support we offer is flexible; the person in your care can choose from day or overnight respite in a variety of settings, either at home, at one of our cottages, or in a community setting. Overnight respite is available on a short stay (up to a maximum of two weeks) basis, and includes all home-made meals, recreation and social support.

Centre based group respite services are available at all Resthaven Community Services sites and can include group activities to encourage social interaction and may include group excursions.

If a longer stay is required, Residential Respite is available at any of our residential sites across South Australia for a minimum of two weeks.
