Resthaven staff are based at our Northern Community Services main office in Elizabeth, and there is also a secondary office in Gawler.
Trained Resthaven home support workers deliver services in your home, or you can attend a Resthaven Northern Community Services site of your choosing.
You may choose to receive support with household tasks, home maintenance, shopping, social activities, keeping healthy, personal care, and nursing care.
Contact us on 1300 13 66 33 and we’ll facilitate your referral through My Aged Care or contact My Aged Care directly on 1800 200 422.
