Support is delivered in your home or at our Community Services offices by trained Resthaven home support workers. The main office is located in Elizabeth, with a secondary office in Gawler.
You may choose to receive support with household tasks, home maintenance, shopping, social activities, keeping healthy, personal care, and nursing care.
Contact us on 1300 13 66 33 and we’ll facilitate your referral through My Aged Care, or contact My Aged Care directly on 1800 200 422.
