    Home Support Worker – Limestone Coast

    Coordinator (RN) Community Services

    Resthaven Onkaparinga Community Services, Noarlunga, South Australia

    Resthaven Community Services are currently seeking Registered Nurse Coordinators to join their Onkaparinga team in full-time permanent capacities.

    The Role

    • Coordinate services which deliver individually tailored packages of services for clients
    • Develop care plans and work instructions appropriate to the delivery of nursing care in the home for clients with a high level of need
    • Provide appropriate service responses based on assessed need, ranging from creation / coordination of packages of services through referral to alternative services
    • Coordinate, monitor and review the provision of services to individual clients
    • Assist with coordination and day to day running of the centre based activities including groups as needed in conjunction with the Manager
    • Provide leadership and support to Registered Nurses for the community nursing services and supervision of home support workers and community coordinators in relation to legislated nursing activities

    Essential Criteria

    • Current P2 or higher Australian driver's licence with access to your own, reliable and insured vehicle

    Housekeeping Services Assistant

You will be involved in assisting with the preparation and serving of meals and drinks while complying with the respective sites Food Safety Program.

    About you:

    • Preferred experience in the coordination of housekeeping services in the aged care sector or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential
    • Proven ability to prioritise workloads
    • Ideally have knowledge and experience with food safety legislation
    • The ability to work effectively under pressure and to be flexible to satisfy competing demands
    • Experience in stock control and in ordering stock
    • Current Drivers licence and ability to be flexible to travel to work at the 12 Residential sites across SA
