Come along to this FREE pamper day and meet other carers who have experience caring for someone with memory loss or dementia.
Relax in a casual, friendly atmosphere and enjoy a luxurious neck and shoulder massage, or try Tai Chi which is useful for stress relief.

There will be resources, information and giveaways to take home.
This event will be held at Club Marion, 262 Sturt Road, Marion from 10.30am – 1.30pm.
