The Speaker:
Agnieszka Chudecka
Agnieszka Chudecka has international experience and expertise in education and training; research, policy and resources development. In Australia, her wealth of expertise includes management of a social support program for older people from Polish backgrounds. She is currently involved with developing policies and resources embedded with targeted cultural perspectives and practices.
Agnieszka holds the position of Multicultural Learning and Development Manager at Multicultural Aged Care Inc. (MAC). MAC’s key focus is information, resources and training in the aged and community care sector. Agnieszka delivers cultural awareness training to both generalist and CALD workforces; sharing her passion for cultural intelligence, cultural competency and the provision of culturally appropriate care, with the goal that older people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds can receive targeted and culturally inclusive information and services.
