‘So completely satisfied’ with Resthaven

‘I wouldn’t say this unless I really meant it,’ says Mrs Jones*, ‘I’ve been so completely satisfied with Resthaven.’

Mrs Jones, whose husband is supported by daily in-home visits from fully qualified Resthaven Marion Community Services staff, says, ‘They come and get [my husband] dressed, give him a shave, and do his hair.’

‘Then I have them give the house a clean and make his bed. They’re extremely helpful.’

‘The staff come every day, seven days a week.’

‘They’re always so prompt, and they always ring if they have any queries or if there’s a change.’

‘One thing that’s marvellous is that we can have 15 minute visits, not the hour minimum, like most other organisations.’
