Flower arranging activity at Resthaven Mount Gambier

Bringing in the sweet scent of spring

In September, residents of Resthaven Mount Gambier, at 24 Elizabeth Street, Mount Gambier, celebrated the beginning of spring with a flower arranging activity.

Lifestyle Coordinator, Trudyanne Bedson, says, ‘The flowers were generously donated by local business, Lima & Co.’

‘We sincerely thank them for their generosity.’

‘The flowers were beautiful, and residents loved arranging them in their vases.’

‘Everyone commented on how beautiful they were.’

‘Arranging the flowers was a wonderful, multisensory experience for residents, as we enjoyed the lovely scents of the blooms, and the textures of the leaves and petals.’

‘It was the perfect way to celebrate the beginning of spring.’
