Happy 1st Birthday, Resthaven Aberfoyle Park!
On Friday 4 October, Resthaven Aberfoyle Park will host celebrations for its much anticipated first birthday.
‘Resthaven Aberfoyle Park opened its doors on 16 July last year, with the official opening event held on 12 October 2018’, says Tina Cooper, Executive Manager Residential Services.
‘Residents are excited about the first birthday celebrations. They have given their suggestions as to what they would like to do to mark the occasion, and so it will be a themed dress up day.
‘The aim is that everyone can choose a style from their favourite decade in the past 100 years and wear something that reflects it.
‘A full day of activity has been planned. Guests, relatives and their families will attend a morning tea and cake cutting ceremony.
‘In the afternoon, there will be a range of activities, including judging the best dressed, and a concert followed by afternoon tea.’
‘Staff won’t be missing out either—each shift will receive some goodies to share.’
