Harmony Day out West

The team at Resthaven Western Community Services fully embraced Harmony Day on 21 March, 2019.

Assistant Manager, Denise Daviess, says, ‘One of our Coordinators, Rebecca, put together the whole celebration, which included a fantastic lunch enjoyed by all staff.’

‘Sausages and pasta were the main attractions on the menu, completed by a beautiful cake to celebrate this special occasion.’

‘In full spirit of the values of Harmony Day, all staff gathered in the garden and formed a symbolic circle.’

‘Needless to say, everyone had a fantastic time, including newly appointed Senior Manager Community Services, Grant White, who was visiting Western Community Services on that day.’

‘Following the success of this Harmony Day celebration, the Resthaven Western Community Services team is planning to repeat the event next year.’
