Resthaven Designs for Innovation
David Norton, Resthaven Executive Manager, Finance and Corporate Services says, ‘Invite your customers into Business Transformation.’
This week, 21–22 November, Resthaven will present at the 2018 Information Technology in Aged Care (ITAC) Conference at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
‘We will share the major business transformation underway at Resthaven,’ David explains. ‘It is centred on enhancing the customer experience, and this is underpinned by consumer choice.’
The theme of the conference, ‘Co-Designing our Digital Future’, emphasises the importance of assistive technology supporting service quality and independence.
‘Resthaven is embarking on a major business transformation, delivered through ‘Program Ignite,’ that focuses on implementing business capabilities to enable delivery of an outstanding customer experience.’
‘With huge demand for services and the rapid growth in the aged care sector, Resthaven aims to be future focused in order to meet the needs of older people and their carers into the next century.’
‘To ensure decisions today don’t become barriers tomorrow, the program is built on an extensive body of customer research and a Customer Experience Blueprint that has been co-designed with customers.’
‘More than 120 customers and employees were directly involved in market research, with in excess of 60 other research reports informing our decisions.’
‘The program progressively implements business changes to achieve the customer experience vision, and deliver the future that customers want, with the support of technology.’
David will outline Project Ignite with Anthony Butler, Partner and Principal Consultant from 6 Degrees Consulting, on Thursday at 11 am.
Resthaven works together with older people and their carers throughout metropolitan Adelaide, the Adelaide Hills, Murraylands, Fleurieu, Barossa, Riverland and Limestone Coast of South Australia.
