Resthaven Community Respite Services Open Doors at Aldinga Beach

Resthaven’s eagerly anticipated new respite cottage, Aldinga House, has officially opened its doors for older people looking for a ‘seachange’ down south.

Mrs Patricia Griffin was thrilled to be invited as the first client to view the property, located at 18 Halcyon Circuit, Aldinga Beach, commenting on the coastal décor, and light, open feel of the home.

‘The neighbourhood is quiet, and friendly. I don’t often have the opportunity to go down to the beach, so this will be wonderful for a holiday.’

Managed by Resthaven Community Respite Services, this respite house is available for overnight respite, 7 days a week. Bookings are essential.

Day and overnight respite care is offered. Two well-equipped bedrooms offer an opportunity for a short break of up to two weeks, ideal when a carer needs time out for themselves.
