    Resthaven takes ‘silver’ at Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards

    On Thursday 21 November, Resthaven Acting Chief Executive Officer David Norton was presented with the 2025 Reader’s Digest Quality Service Award for Home Care Services in South Australia/Northern Territory.

    David says, ‘It is a great honour to receive this award, which recognises Resthaven as a leading provider of home care services in South Australia.’

    David Norton Readers Digest AwardsThe award was presented to Resthaven after Catalyst Research conducted independent market research of ordinary Australian consumers to identify the highest quality service businesses. Businesses were judged in five criteria: personalisation, understanding, simplicity, satisfaction and consistency.

    ‘Feedback from the community is always important to us,’ David says. ‘It helps us to understand what we are doing right, as well as look at areas for improvement.’

    Reader’s Digest Editor-In-Chief, Louise Waterson, says, ‘The awards invite everyday people to tell us which companies deserve to be acknowledged for their customer service excellence.’
