    Traineeships

    Interested in a traineeship?

    Resthaven uses traineeships to help those with a passion for aged care and transferable skills enter the workforce. Focusing on right ‘fit’, we gradually build skills and experience to align with accredited training courses through a tailored on-boarding program and on-the-job learning.

    Build confidence in providing care and services to older people whilst being introduced to work requirements through a gradual, supported process.

    Positions supported are personal care assistant, and housekeeping services assistant in residential aged care homes, and home support worker roles in community services.

    To be considered for a traineeship, simply apply for any of the above-listed positions, expressing your transferable skills relevant to the specific role.
