Welcome and Farewell for Westbourne Park

On Friday 16 August, Resthaven Westbourne Park held a special ‘welcome and farewell’ afternoon tea to farewell long-time Manager Residential Services, Marian Greenshields, and welcome new Manager, Pam Alde.

Residents and staff were delighted to have the opportunity to farewell Marian after 13 years with Resthaven, eight of those as Manager.

The site team thanked Marian for her many achievements and hard work over the years. Marian will continue to assist with project work at Resthaven Head Office from time to time.

The occasion was also the perfect opportunity to welcome Pam Alde into the role of Manager Residential Services at Resthaven Westbourne Park.

Pam is a very experienced manager, and has relocated to Resthaven Westbourne Park from Resthaven Port Elliot, which she has managed since it opened in 2015.

Resthaven Port Elliot was the second Resthaven home that Pam commissioned, having commissioned and managed Resthaven Mount Gambier from 2011-2014. She then started work on the new site at Port Elliot.

Pam is now looking forward to joining the vibrant Resthaven Westbourne Park community.
