Staff integrity at Resthaven

The family of a Resthaven Malvern resident recently contacted Resthaven to thank staff for the ‘excellent care and attention’ given to their mother, who passed away in late 2018.

‘Everyone treated mum with respect and kindness when she was a resident at Resthaven Malvern,’ says a family representative.

‘We had absolute faith in the integrity of the staff, and knew that [mum] would be safe and comfortable, that her needs would be met, and that she would be treated with dignity.’

‘Any issues that the family may have had were always taken seriously, and dealt with appropriately, and sensitively.’

‘We could not have wished for a better place for mum to call home.’

Resthaven Community Services supports older people across metropolitan Adelaide, the Hills, Murraylands, Fleurieu and Limestone Coast to live independently in their own homes.
