Any revenue we generate is directed to the good work we do, not distributed elsewhere or to other causes.

We value and greatly appreciate donations and philanthropic gifts – no matter how large or small – so that we can continue to provide services for older people in South Australia.
Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), Resthaven operates within the scope of the Associations Incorporations Act 1985 (SA) and is financially independent of the Uniting Church.
Resthaven Incorporated (ABN 79 976 580 833) is recognised as a deductible gift recipient by the Australian Tax Office and registered as a charity by the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission.
Donations to Resthaven may be used in a variety of ways – for enhancing lifestyle programs, purchasing special equipment to benefit our residents and clients, enhancing the built environment and more.
You may choose to donate to a specific program or service, make a general donation, or make a bequest or legacy.
If you do not have a specific purpose for your bequest, rest assured that Resthaven’s reason for being is to support the aged, and it will be used for this purpose.
Donations
Donations over $2 are tax deductible, and can be made:
- In person with cash, cheque, or via electronic funds transfer (EFT) at any Resthaven site
- Via telephone with a credit card
- Via post.
