Buffet breakfast offers ‘bacon and banter’ for residents at Resthaven Paradise

Residents at Resthaven Paradise are enjoying monthly buffet breakfasts of fresh fruit, cereals, muffins, and toast, and hot options including sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs, as well as tea, coffee and juice.

Whilst the food is the number one drawcard, the shared meal is also a chance to start the day on a positive note – enjoying the company of others while tucking into a hearty breakfast.

‘All residents are welcome to join the breakfasts, which are held in the main activity room,’ says Sumith Devita Gedara, Coordinator Hospital Services. ‘It’s been wonderful to see so many people attend, and to hear the chatter as they say good morning to everyone and enjoy the food.’

Residents are also currently taking part in ‘taste-testing’ sessions for the autumn menu. As is done every season, feedback is being sought on the new menu items to determine whether these will be added to the menu permanently.
