    Resthaven opens new Community Services office in Littlehampton

    Resthaven has expanded its presence in the Adelaide Hills, with the official opening of a new Community Services outreach office in Littlehampton on Monday, March 16.

    Resthaven Executive, Board, staff and clients flocked to the new location at 72 Old Princes Highway, where the office was officially opened with a cake cutting by the Mount Barker District Council Acting Mayor, Rowan Voogt, and Resthaven Board President, Stephanie Rozokos.

    The new Resthaven Murray Mallee Hills Community Services office will support the delivery of services such as allied health therapies, social activities, and administrative tasks. The refurbished space features a large open-plan kitchen and lounge area, providing a welcoming space for social groups and community activities.

    ‘We have a number of clients who live in the Adelaide Hills area,’ Mel Ottaway, Resthaven Executive Manager Community Services & Retirement Living, says. ‘The Littlehampton office, which is an outreach office of the main Resthaven Murray Mallee Hills Community Services office at Murray Bridge, brings our services closer to those clients. Services will also continue to operate out of the custom-built office at 37 Swanport Road, Murray Bridge, adjacent to the residential aged care home.’
