To Costco we go!
An excited group of Resthaven Mitcham residents recently enjoyed a bus trip to the ‘invitation only VIP shopping event’ at the Costco Warehouse in Kilburn.
Lifestyle Coordinator, Sylvia Ortiz, says, ‘Residents really enjoyed the drive out west on the Resthaven bus, with many guests commenting on how much the area had changed.’
‘On arriving at our destination, residents were blown away by the size of the Warehouse, saying that they certainly didn’t have anything like this in their day.’
‘We were amazed by the variety and quantity of products inside, not to mention the size of the self-propelled trolleys.’
‘Our wonderful guide, Elizabeth, was on hand to show us around, and prevent us from getting lost!’
‘We all had a great time, and can’t wait to visit again soon.’
