Resthaven is coming to the South East Field Days in Lucindale!
Diversity of the Limestone Coast
Resthaven will be attending the South East Field Days in Lucindale on Friday 16 and Saturday 17 March, 2018.
This year, South East Field Days are celebrating their 40th Anniversary with the theme ‘diversity of the Limestone Coast’.
Come and visit Resthaven Limestone Coast Community Services at their stand to answer all your questions about the services available to enable older people to live independently at home.
Our services include in-home support, social groups and respite, which are tailored to each person’s needs. We can also answer your queries about the government’s ‘My Aged Care’ website.
You will find us at Site 30 in the Lifestyle Pavilion, at Yakka Park, Lucindale.
Resthaven Limestone Coast Community Services work with older people and their carers throughout the South East to support them to maximise their independence and live at home.
