Stay vigilant and safe!

The COVID-19 outbreaks in aged care homes in Victoria and New South Wales are a sobering reminder that we must all stay vigilant during this pandemic. Recent events demonstrate how rapidly circumstances can change.

We cannot afford to become complacent about COVID-19. Continue to practice good hygiene and social distancing by staying 1.5 metres apart from others whenever and wherever possible.

South Australian authorities have committed to transferring the first cases in aged care residents to public and private hospitals should they test positive to COVID-19, and this is very important.
