    Outings

Residents may leave the home, noting that SA Health continues to recommend wearing a mask in public where physical distancing cannot be maintained.

If residents choose to leave the site, we request information be provided about where the resident is going and with whom they are travelling/visiting to assist with contact tracing. Staff will discuss risks of leaving the site with the resident/representative.

Should there be a change in the current COVID-19 situation in South Australia, visiting times and arrangements may need to be reviewed.

You can view and download the Guidance for Residents and Families for External Outings and Gatherings here.

Resthaven thanks you for working together with us to maintain the health and safety of everyone at the home.

    Communication with families / friends

We appreciate that the primary contact will keep other members of the family and/or significant others updated by sharing this information. Please advise the site promptly of any changes to contact details.

Should you have any queries related to the current situation, please speak with your site Manager Residential Services.
