National Advance Care Planning Week 2018

16-20 April is National Advance Care Planning Week 2018.

Resthaven has long held a commitment to Advance Care Planning principles, and actively assists residents, clients and staff to develop an Advance Care Plan tailored to their needs.

Resthaven will hold a series of workshops at Resthaven sites for residents, their families and friends, as well as staff, and how to support residents and clients in developing their own plans.

Resthaven Mitcham will host a resident and family information session on Wednesday 18 April, and a staff information session on Thursday 19 April.

Palliative Care South Australia are also hosting several Advance Care Planning events around Adelaide, including the ‘Die-alogue Café’, and ‘Say it Forward’ information sessions. To book, visit the Palliative Care South Australia website.
