‘Thank You’ from a family

A family recently reached out to the Resthaven Paradise and Eastern Community Services team to thank them for the ‘calm and professional support’ provided to their parents by Coordinator, Jane Sweeney.

The family wrote: ‘In conjunction with my parents, we initially interviewed several home care providers to set up a Home Care Package.’

‘We were so very impressed by Jane’s professionalism, empathy, knowledge and personality we agreed without hesitation to select Resthaven as our service provider.’

Following a change in circumstance, a transition into a residential care was needed. About this, the family said, ‘With Jane’s help, we were able to quickly seek respite care at Resthaven Paradise, which then turned into permanent care at the same facility.’

‘I cannot express sufficiently how wonderful Jane has been throughout this stressful and challenging period in our life.’

‘Without her calming and professional support, I would not have known what to do or whom to contact.’

‘My family will be forever grateful for Jane’s kindness. Her assistance was crucial.’
