Resthaven Murray Bridge, Hills & Fleurieu Community Services has an office located in Strathalbyn, and delivers home care services to older people living at home and their carers throughout the Adelaide Hills.

Resthaven Fleurieu Community Services, located in Victor Harbor, offers a variety of health and wellness programs either in the privacy of your own home, or out and about in your local community. Services are delivered by our trained staff in a way that supports your choices and independence, respects your privacy and provides peace of mind.

Resthaven Limestone Coast Community Services deliver in-home support, social activities and respite care throughout the southeast of South Australia. The main office is based in Naracoorte, with offices in Millicent and Mount Gambier, and a respite cottage nearby.

Resthaven Community Services in Mount Gambier supports older people who live in their own homes, offering a little support with domestic tasks, laundry, shopping and social outings through to high-level Home Care Packages.

Resthaven Limestone Coast Community Services deliver in-home support, social activities and respite care throughout the southeast of South Australia. The main office is based in Naracoorte, with other offices in Millicent and Mount Gambier and a respite cottage nearby.

Conveniently located in the inner southern suburbs of Adelaide, Resthaven Marion Community Services offers the full range of home support services and a Health and Wellness centre for older people and their carers.

Resthaven Murray Mallee Hills Community Services support older people across a broad geographic area, delivering in-home support, social activities and respite care.

Centrally located in Elizabeth, Resthaven Northern Community Services has an onsite Health and Wellness centre, offering restorative care, therapy, exercise and social support groups. Resthaven Northern Community Services also coordinates in-home care, and respite for carers.

Located adjacent to the Gawler Centre shopping precinct and the Gawler central train station, Resthaven Northern Community Services (Gawler) provides restorative care, therapy, health and wellness services and social support groups to the Gawler and lower Barossa Valley area. Resthaven Gawler Community Services also coordinates in-home care, and respite for carers.

Resthaven Onkaparinga Community Services offers in-home care and support, respite for carers and social support for older people living the southern foothills and outer southern suburbs.

Resthaven coordinate Home Support Services from offices based in Paradise and Sefton Park, delivered in your home or at the site, and a Health and Wellness centre for older people and their carers. You may choose to receive support with household tasks, home maintenance, shopping, social activities, keeping healthy, personal care and nursing care.

Located in Berri, Resthaven Riverland Community Services supports you to remain independent at home, working with you to develop a comprehensive support and wellness plan, home care, respite, and social support.

Resthaven Western Community Services located in Woodville, offer in-home support services, exercise and social groups for older people in the western suburbs. Carer respite is provided, one to one in the person’s home and through small groups.

Resthaven Western Wellness Centre in Hendon offers a variety of health, wellness, reablement, and social activities to enrich the lives of older people.
